Set up and Tear Down: Set up of your space must be completed 60 minutes prior to show time, or your space may be subject to reallocation; in which case, all rights to any monies paid will be forfeited. Dismantling of your space prior to the end of the show is not permitted and may result in withholding of the attendees leads list and jeopardize future participation in Bridal Extravaganza.
Transfer of Space: Your space is solely for use per the exhibitor listed on your registration. Literature or display for a non-paying exhibitor may not be distributed without permission by Phenomenal Events, or you may be subject to additional exhibitor space fees.
Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. After final payment is made or show has occurred all payments are Non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of event, any remaining balance remains due and payable are subject to collection by Phenomenal Events.
Hold Harmless Release Agreement, Rules and Regulations:
Phenomenal Events and Loews Hotel of Annapolis does not guarantee specific volumes or levels of attendance. Furthermore, should Phenomenal Events and Loews Hotel of Annapolis be prevented from holding Bridal Extravaganza by any cause beyond its control, we reserve the right to alter location and/or date, or cancel the show. There will be no further liability than a refund of exhibitor fee(s) paid to date.
I understand that Phenomenal Events and Loews Hotel of Annapolis will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury that may occur to vendors, entertainers, their employees, guests or property from any cause whatsoever, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify
Phenomenal Events and Loews Hotel of Annapolis against any and all claims for such loss. I have read the foregoing paragraph and agree to abide by its terms and conditions.
